Refunds & Returns Policy

Jersey Box offers a 30 day ‘SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or YOUR MONEY BACK’ return policy from the date of delivery.

Jersey Box must be notified within 30 days of received delivery by email to accounts@jerseybox.com.au  to advise your request for a refund. From the date of the refund request the item must be returned to us within 10 business days. Our product must be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you, with all documentation & in its original packaging to qualify for either a replacement product or full refund, including the original shipping cost.

• Items must be packed and wrapped well for return transit (preferably re-use the packing your order arrived in)
• For returned products, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return shipping cost, unless a faulty item is returned, Jersey Box will cover this cost. We can arrange the return freight for you using our courier accounts. However, this charge will be deducted from your refundable amount.
• The balance of funds will be refunded back to the same form of payment chosen in the original transaction, either Direct Deposit, PayPal or Credit Card ( Stripe, Zip Pay or After Pay )
• Any charges incurred by banking institutes will not be refunded by Jersey Box, whether it be a purchase or refund transaction.

Payment Methods

When you enter the checkout process you will be offered various payment types:

• Direct Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Credit / Debit Card via Stripe, Zip Pay or After Pay with the website (Our websites are secured with the latest versions of SSL Locks, all transactions are secure and encrypted)
• No Credit Card Fees or other banking fees are applied by Jersey Box at the final online sale price & freight price. However, other fees & interest incurred may be charged by financial institutions & this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• International Orders: PayPal is the only method of payment available.

Delivery time frames

Online orders are generally dispatched within 2 – 3 business days, unless other wised mentioned, for example – stock shortages.  All customers are supplied a tracking number once their order is dispatched. The estimated time for delivery for metropolitan cities in Australia is 5 business days, and 7- 10 business days for regional Australia. Due to Covid-19, seasonal peak times or other issues beyond our control, delivery times cannot be guaranteed & Jersey Box will not be liable for any extended costs or inconveniences incurred.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website.

We expressly reserve all copyright and trademark rights in all documents, information and materials on our website and we reserve the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.

Our Quality Control

In the interest of better quality control & value, Jersey Box are constantly improving & updating their products. Consequently, advertising material may sometimes vary on a minimal scope, as well as each individual item. For example, the timber colour of the display frame may vary slightly due to this part being hand spray painted, with variable temperatures during the year. Or mannequin supplies may have a slight different tone or design from time to time.

Caution & Warning

Jersey Box recommends that the product be handled with caution & observation into the overall weight of the product, including the packaging prior to opening & assembling. These display cases can weight up to 23.0kg fully assembled, so it is recommended that atleast 2 adults assemble & handle the final product. Also take into consideration, the furniture that you intend to place & display this case upon. Check with the furniture or the household structure specifications that such a display case up to 23.0kg will be suitable & safely secure for positioning on such furniture, household/business fixture, wall shelving, bar, pedestal or any other form of material that you choose to place our product onto. If in doubt, always check with a suitably qualified tradesperson. Jersey Box accepts no liability or responsibility to any injury & damage caused by handling, assembling or displaying the ‘Display Case’, including the contents & intended contents within the display case.
